Important pOlicies

Cancellation Policy:

FLOAT Balloon Studio is a special event company specializing in balloon decor. When an order is accepted, we begin working immediately on design, supplies etc. to create the perfect installation fro your event. Retainer fees retain FLOAT Balloon Studio and secure desired date.   Client(s) may cancel within 24 hours to receive a full retainer refund. After 24 hours, Client(s) retainer is non-refundable. Client(s) may reschedule their event to another available date at the convenience of FLOAT Balloon Studio without a cancellation fee. Client(s) must notify FLOAT Balloon Studio of a reschedule no less than 72 hours of event. 

Outdoor events:

There are many variables that affect float time or aesthetics of your balloons including but not limited to weather, rain, snow, heat/extreme heat, wind etc. Although FLOAT Balloon Studio uses high quality balloons, please be aware of this when booking your installation. 

Balloon Releases:

FLOAT Balloon Studio will not participate in outdoor balloon releases of any kind.
